At least, you can try to enable Limit capture framerate option in 'Game Capture' - this reduces twice the attempts to capture frames in current build of the OBS Studio (don't use Display and Window capture because they both lack this function).
Try to limit game at 60 too. 144 fps is very huge transfer for capturing each frame at 1/144 sec intervals even for modern PC (you need to render 144 frames then capture it and only then select 60 of them). If you still prefer 144/60 then try at least reduce capturing intervals of the Studio by the mentioned option.
Anyway, some frames should be skiped. 144/60=2.4=12/5 - not regular pattern.
for example: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA... BSBSSBSSBSSBBSBSSBSSBSSBBSBSSBSSBSSBBSBSSBSSBSSB...
A - source frames 144 fps B - recording frames 60 fps S - skiped frames
All time I run OBS Studio it capture frames in the same way...
Try to capture something that renders itself at 60 fps (enable in game fps limiter). Or just enjoy gaming - don't record or stream it. You can record/stream webcam with OBS Studio too (most webcams can do up to 30 fps).
