Question / Help FRAMES DROP AND BITRATE DROPS when I use game or browser.

OBS Drops frames when I play pc games, or open a browser. Xbox through elgato works fine. I have tried window capture and display capture and they have same effect. Here is a stream that i did of me going through my pc specs and settings.
