Question / Help Frames are Terrible

Hello,

I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 which I consider to be a pretty powerful card. Whenever I record the frames are just not there and the quality is just not good. It also significantly lowers my in-game fps by about 100fps. I will post my log so you guys can tell me what settings I should change.
