I am having an issue with OBS. It doesn't matter which version I use. It doesn't matter what settings I use. Whether the bitrate is 500kbps or 12000kbps, it is choppy and terrible. My CPU and GPU usage in task manager is showing 30-40%. Cool temps. I don't understand what is going on. I have recorded this same game in the past with OBS on a much crappier system with no issues. Here are my log file results. Please help
Framerate post recording terrible. In game is fine. Low GPU/CPU usage.
