Question / Help Framerate Loss

My frames are usually around 80 or so while playing League of Legends, but when I try to broadcast they drop to 30 in game and around 10-15 when I teamfight, any suggestions on how to resolve this? Also, When I move my screen around in game it goes blurry then refocuses if I don't move it for two seconds or so.

Windows 7 64 bit
Intel Core i5 Processor 2320
AMD Radeon HD7350
1TB Hard Drive
8GB Memory

(My internet is VERY GOOD)

It mightb e because of Monitor capture, which is a very slow way of capturing games on Windows 7.

For LoL you should set up 2 scenes, one with a Window capture of the LoL client and one with a Game capture of the actual LoL game. Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to swap between them: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785

You might also try downscaling to 720p to see if that improves performance.
