Question / Help Framerate issues?

So I recently just switched from OBS classic to OBS studio and I seem to be getting some kind of framerate issue. My quality is really nice but for some reason its lagging extremely bad. It looks as if I recorded it in 20 frames, if that. If anyone knows what settings I could possibly look into to fix this issue im having, please tell me!
