Hello everyone, need some advice here.
I am trying to stream some Overwatch but I can't seem to find a setting that won't tank my framerate.

The first thing I noticed is that OBS seems to think I have only 4gb of RAM? Am I reading this correctly?
CPU is at 4ghz, could try bringing it to 4,4ghz (I've done it before) and actual ram is 16gb.
My upload is more than 10mbps and that is about it for specs I suppose.
As you can see from the log the last time I tried to stream at 576p - 2200kbps and it seemed to be fine at first but as soon as the action starts my fps are all over the place. As I stop the streaming they go back up to the max, usually 68-70fps with high setting in borderless window.
I don't have dropped frames, even a 720p 60fps 3500 kbps but the game is kind of unplayable if the framerate keeps moving up and down like crazy. Is this my CPU limit? Is there anything I can do?
Sorry if this has been asked already, I only saw threads about dropped frames.
