Hi i need some help ive streamed fine on twitch using obs for the past 6 months and all of a sudden two weeks ago every now and again i get frame rate problems. When obs is the selected window it maintains my set 30fps but as soon as i click out of obs it drops a few frames and then when i select the window of the game i want to stream it drops as low as 11fps and jumps between that and 25fps making the streams fps inconsistent. I also have a problem not matter how many times i set obs to high in task manager and high in obs advanced settings it wont take anymore than 10% of my cpu power no matter if my game is running or not ive searched these and every other forum possible for an answer and no one seems to have a solution.
