What it says. I've run into an issue that may as well not exist for all the answers i've got. With recorded video, regardless of framerate or bitrate (or even encoding it seems) settings, recorded videos will just "hang" or freeze for up to a couple seconds. It used to work perfectly fine with no issues (always been downscaling to 720p with 30-60fps or matching source depending on the game), but it just started happening a while back.
There doesn't even seem to be a pattern to it as far as i can tell. Literally any hint to what might be going on would be appreciated, It'd be more than I've gotten before. This is local recording only, I don't stream. Most recent log's in the pastebin.
