Question / Help Frame stutters with Overwatch

Whenever I stream Overwatch I always get frame stuttering, in-game is fine and there is no stream buffering but there is frame stuttering on stream whenever some fighting happens. This is the only game I have issues with other than the Division but I dont play that game anymore. I also got some audio desync issues looking back on the stream test vod. I touched 1 little thing and everything breaks. please save me D:

Looks like your GPU is being overloaded. Enable vsync or the FPS limiter in-game. Turn down the resolution scaling if necessary. A 970 should run Overwatch at 60 FPS on Ultra and 100% resolution scaling without a problem.
