1. CBR is not for record CQP
Its not the issue but makes no sense for record
2. looks like unstable game frame rate result in Mismatch record frame timing
can't read ru and can't check out what that is what you "record" so have no information about it requirements
but for me it feels like some frames need "longer" then the 30fps timing is
that means if it bump up/down from 28 38 32 28 40 game fps same like 60 130 80 150 70
the average "render time" in gpu of the frames is unstable one frame need as example 2ms another 15ms another 1ms another 10ms(timings only as relative values)
have to less details but the recorded footage looks like that
