I am getting a frame stutter roughly every 3 seconds using OBS studio and an Elgato HD60. I don't get this if I use elgato's software, and I don't know what to do to fix it. Can anyone please help me to sort this issue out. I have searched the forum, and have seen other threads about this, but all seem to be particular to the threads owner.
