I am still having issues with display FPS.
Both game footage and webcam are skipping frames and I do not know why.
This problem started spontaneously at around 1:00am DEC 25th a few hours after a minor Windows 10 update.
Around this forum, I've noticed that dozens of other people are having frame skipping issue that are unexplained.
I have tried every combination of settings suggested by Admins, Mods, help posts, and even steam, check my PC's temp, reinstalled drivers, unplugged my webcam and tried it in every port on my PC, and reinstalled OBS, but still the issue persists in all my PC games and webcam.
I suspect a Windows 10 error, but can't confirm.
I have Nvidia GTX 1080 GC
A ROG Maximus VIII Hero MB
32 GB RAM
All software/hardware is up to date.

I'm concerned that I may soon be unable to run games as some games are crashing with OBS running now.
