Frame Rate or Syncing issues

I'm using a one-camera set-up to stream a LIVE church service. I'm getting lag or missing frames on capture into OBS. Here is my set-up: Sony FDR-AX700 4K camera; commercial grade HDMI cable out; to Blackmagic UltraStudio 3G Capture Device; Thunderbolt 3 Apple Cable; to MacBook Pro (16-inch / i9 processor / 32GB Ram / 8GB video card). It has been doing this for a while. Audio is coming from a Mackie Board into an M-Audio AIR 192-6 Midi interface. Audio is not a problem. Camera is on a Manfrotto pro tripod, 50 feet way in a balcony. The cam has plenty of optical zoom. Raw video to an SD card on the cam is fine. But alas, lag or not smooth-motion video through OBS in preview window AND the stream AND the recording. I have set the cam to 1080/30p video output AND the same in OBS. Resolution and Frame rates match. I can provide screenshots of my OBS settings if that would help. I have hardware encoding selected in OBS (because of the 8GB card and 32GB Ram). CPU usage is usually 5-13% when streaming. Also, very few dropped frames in stats (usually .01 to .05 of 1 percent). The Sony Cam is auto exposure, auto-focus enabled. I have disabled the steady-shot feature of Sony. Is the auto-exposure the issue? Any suggestions greatly appreciated! I just can't figure this out. ((
