I'm using low settings, 5 quality -3000 bitrate , and I'm having trouble with dropping frame rate when simply trying to record an animation program running on my desktop for my Dev Vlog Webseries.
I'm on Windows 7, 64 bit.
I set the fPS to 60 at first, changed it back to 30.
When I first start recording it runs around 29, but as soon as I open Spriter (the animation program) and start using it my FPS drops to 0 and I get the warning and garbage playback in that section.
Is anyone using this strictly for recording and not streaming like I am?
Thanks
