Question / Help frame rate are being skiped in my twitch stream

I know this has been answered lot of time but i am new to this so can u help please
Today i was streaming Doom II wads on twitch so i looked in my stream noticed it was skipping frames at what bitrate should I stream
i got
Mbps 7.61

Someone said it was problem with my upload speed

474kbps up is barely enough to stream a slideshow, let alone video and audio.

If you're really looking to stream though, you'll probably want to aim at 360p at 24fps, at 300kbps with as high a quality x264 preset as you can possibly do, and run audio at 128kbps. That is literally bare minimum right there.
