Question / Help Frame Lag/Slideshow Streaming DayZ

So I've recently had an issue with streaming DayZ. Unfortunately I can't currently verify if it affects all games as DayZ is the only one I've streamed so far. My game will be getting 90+ FPS, however on my OBS preview screen, and apparently in my twitch VOD, I see severe lag spikes, bording a "slideshow" effect. At first I thought that it may be my connection, but I'm always in the green and OBS did not display any dropped frames. And also if it was my connection, it likely wouldn't affect the FPS in preview. I don't appear to be using too much CPU or anything else for that matter. I've uploaded my log file as the text was too large. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. I have a very strong system and connection, and DayZ runs at 130FPS but when in motion or utilizing freelook or zooming I get frame lock in the OBS preview screen which correlates to freeze frames in Twitch LiveSteam. It happens in 32/64 bit versions of both classic and studio. I am at a loss.
