Bug Report Frame Lag In Game

When I start streaming i get a lot of frame lag on my games every time i start streaming, i stream with my gpu and idk how to fix it i got a 1060 gpu and i7 cpu so i dont know how to fix the problem

Difficult to tell without you posting a log file. A common cause for problems you describe is GPU overload. See this guide: https://obsproject.com/wiki/GPU-overload-issues

In addition to the above, don't rescale twice. If your output is already set to 1280x720 in the video settings, you should not rescale again in the encoder settings.
