Hello! Recently I ran into a strange issue when I was streaming Fortnite/Tabletop Simulator! Normally, my streams are running perfectly smoothly w/ the following settings:
Encoder: x264
Rescale Output: 1280x720
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 3500
Keyframe 1
CPU Preset: Medium
Profile: Main
Tune: Film
FPS: 60
Obviously, yesterday, when I was playing the FPS was fluctuating around. I never changed/altered any settings, AND I've streamed Fortnite and Tabletop with the same settings before perfectly at 60 fps.
