Question / Help Frame jittering on slower presets

Okay, so, it seems like that the frames are jittery when you're using a preset other than ultrafast, why is this? You get a very very smooth output using the ultrafast preset on OBS, but anything else seems to cause frame jittering. Can this be explained? It would be nice to use a slower preset and still overcome this issue because it's somewhat annoying. Sorry if a similar thread has been posted already.

Though, I wonder if anyone else can test this out to see if they can get a smoother output with no jittery in their frames, it's a bit interesting.

EDIT: http://imgur.com/a/ftTq6#10

Someone else states the same thing, read the text below the picture.

"The most important aspect to getting a high framerate for streaming is to set the preset to Ultrafast. I tried the slower settings by they produced a tremendous amount of jitter in comparison to Ultrafast. You can also try Superfast if you have a stronger cpu."

EDIT: Sorry, what I tried to say is that the jittering occur even when no frames are lagged or dropped.

What game are you capturing, and how are you capturing it? Can you post a link to a VOD of the jittery video?

Sent you a PM. Though, I wonder if anyone else can add up to this thread regarding this?
