Almost all TV sets now have a frame interpolation function (Auto Motion or Motion Smoothing). This function calculates an intermediate image between two frames. This doubles the frame rate and the picture looks smooth. A normal TV set can do this almost in real time - the calculation only takes a few milliseconds. A TV also doesn't need a graphics card or much power - so I could imagine that there could be a possibility for OBS...
Advantage:
I could get 60 fps streams from my 30 fps camera. The streaming quality would make a huge jump in quality.
It would make OBS an unbeatable software, especially for gamers....
