Frame freezing when alt-tabbing (game capture)

I understand that this is a feature. However, is there any way to disable this? Allow OBS to continue recording frames without me having to be tabbed onto the game I am capturing? I'd rather not have to use "capture specific window" as that deducts a handful of FPS from my performance. Though negligible amounts. Is there any other solution?

Update (1):
- Uninstalled game bar via windows 11 (entirely) and despite this, game DVR and game bar still show up as on in OBS logs so I am going to do it through registry.

Update (2):
- Able to disable DVR and game bar finally. However, the issue is still occuring but only on one game it seems. I am nto sure why this is happening. If you are curious, the game is called "War Thunder"

Non of the logs you provided are from an actual recording/streaming session. Please provide a log file from an actual streaming/recoding session.
And use the analyzer.
