Question / Help Frame Drops

Hi.
First i have to say i read the last 20 pages and tried everything i read from ur support.

Problem: I want so make a livestream on twitch.tv (already tested on justin.tv)
My Game is Cod 4 multiplayer. i always drop over 50% of my frames.
CPU is at ~40-60%
i made a screenshot from twitch latency checker and a cmd ping to t-online.de,
when i upload something i alway have over 7mbit. i use netlimiter to watch my up and download


My PC: 2600k@4Ghz, 8GB Ram, GTX 580
Internet: VDSL 50

If you are dropping frames, there are two options:
Change servers until you find one that's better
Lower bitrate until the frame drops stop

Beyond that, there isn't really much you can do. You can try updating all your network hardware, but if the route between you and Twitch can't handle the bitrate you are trying to use...it's not going to handle that bitrate no matter how much you want it to, unfortunately.

Even the US servers? It may seem odd, but sometimes they will provide better connection.

i tried "all" servers, tried 4 other broadcast pages, tried all settings from low to full hd with several bitrates ---> in every case over 60% framedrops.

Now i tried this xsplit and it works in fullhd@60 fps. i think my pc doesnt like obs. but i wanna use it, this xsplit trial spam is horrable
