Question / Help Frame Drops

I've been trying to get OBS to work for weeks and weeks now, I cannot get frame drops to stop. I have tried every shred of advice I could find, gone through every item on the help thread ( https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ ), and still cannot resolve it.

I have an upload of 10 Mb/s and even though these are estimates, surely this is more than enough to stream at 2000-2500 bitrate? I have attached a log file.

I'm completely out of ideas and if this doesn't work then I suppose i'm just going to forget about streaming, the frustration is becoming pretty unbearable.

If you've gone through everything on that thread and nothing has helped, you probably need to talk to your ISP.

Get rid of the ultra terrible Killer NIC software and install the driver-only package from http://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/category/other-downloads. See if that helps.

I tried with the new drivers, no improvement unfortunately but thanks all the same. Any other ideas??
