Search those errors, I never had any of them but I think 10038 is due to the remote host closing the connection.

I have seen many other posts with this error. Im contacting SE to see what can be done and will report back with a fix/what they say

So turns out the errors are also an OBS issue

I don't agree that it's an OBS issue.

Anyway, those browser sources either need to be fixed so they aren't causing errors or just simply removed.

@Hanabikun here's my input: Before streaming, go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Check the box for "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion (Beta)", click [Apply] and then [OK].

If you are still experiencing frame drops after enabling Dynamic Bitrate enabled, post a new log of that.

So i have a theory on what caused the issue. I still read I have SE Errors like a lot HOWEVER none of those caused me to drop frames. My theory is, during october I used different overlays, specifically halloween themed ones that you can get free from SE. However, the ones I used have been discontinued/you cant access them anymore from the main overlay gallery, but I could access them through My Overlays. My theory is since they were discontinued, perhaps there was some glitch in the coding that couldnt reconcile this. As I streamed to day with my normal set up and all wise fine, despite many SE Errors. Log of today just for proof:
