Question / Help Frame Drops while streaming?

Hey guys I'm JMC and I have just recently started streaming. I get a constant 200-300 fps while not recording. I don't know if this is an internet issue because I have pretty good internet. Anyway, can you guys tell me what's up?

My specs are an i7 5th generation processor and a nvidia gtx geforce 980m.

you forgot to mention its a mobile CPU, which is different than its desktop counterpart.
