I've started streaming with OBS more after getting a new CPU. I'm playing games like Star wars Battlefront (newest one) and Borderlands 2. I never go below 60FPS in game. The framerate doesn't look like its a smooth 60FPS in playback and while streaming, I see on OBS the framerate dips from 60 to 50-57 without any errors showing up. Its like this when I'm not running a game either. It just refuses to stay locked at 60FPS. I'm using the Fast preset but I did mess around with other ones and its still the same thing. I stream at 3500KB/S and I have no issue on that side. I am using game capture alongside a few images as an overlay/watermark. Any way to make it locked at 60FPS and not dip below it?
