Frame drops when clicking recording

Recording zoom. Video start delay or lag when I click recording then when I watch the video of zoom the video is literally paused and wouid change framed every few seconds but audio is normal.

I tried to follow YouTube tutorials still the delay. I am so worried.

im worried. this log was a short video but everytime i click record it makes the zoom video slow motion.... i followed the settings on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cP3XzYW6xlU

perhaps in the computer i'm using? but the laptop im using has i7 and 520gb ssd.

You're trying to record using x264 at a resolution of 3840x1080 at 60fps. Your computer can't do this. Lower your output (scaled) resolution, and possibly reduce your framerate to 30fps if you don't need 60fps.

I need 60fps and want the other screen to be recorded (using dual monitor)

I need 60fps and want the other screen to be recorded (using dual monitor) due to my zookm session and aciton on the othe rmonitor. it was working on my other laptop with no special graphic card.
