Question / Help Frame drops randomly?

Hey. I've been using OBS to stream to twitch for about 4-5 months now. Haven't had any issues. Internet speed is the same as always, and I haven't changed any settings. I've tried reinstalling OBS as well.

However, for the past week/few days, my OBS has been having frame drops randomly during my stream. (My in game FPS is fine). Can someone help? I'll post a log.

Hello. I have same issue. Ive been streaming for one year, my PC is new and all was good untill like week or two when i havnt changed anything on my computer or OBS. I lost around 17% frames each stream what makes it bad to watch for viewers.
Only thing in my mind could cause it is new version of OBS as frame drops started some where around last OBS update.

What does your cpu % usage say at bottom right when opening OBS.
