Question / Help Frame drops occasionally?

Hi so right now im using two pcs at two houses. my weaker pc is at my dads and the internet there is very reliable and the upload is 4.26 solid. only issue is my hardware inhibits me from streaming most games... at my moms i have a great pc and it has the same internet with a 4.26 upload but occasionally it drops and i drop a couple frames ie 96 ish or 0.03%. will this inhibit me from streaming well? 90 % of the time i drop no frames and have no issujes. even when i drop frames it lags for alitle then the stream is perfectly fine. should i just not worry about it? its really bugging me.

If you know the problem is your internet, you can change your bitrate according to your upload rate. Its not that big of an issue to worry about tho.
