I have an RTX 3070ti and an intel i5-10600KF currently and I am STILL having trouble being able to record videos in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare (Multiplayer). I recently joined a content creators' Discord server because he uploads YouTube videos with the quality I prefer and he told me that he uses 60fps and gets really good quality. Why can't I? I have links to examples below including the log file. I just want to record so that the playback quality is smooth.

^ I really want my videos to look like this. But mine always comes out laggy/choppy.

Log file is attached..
Also, while going through the log file while trying to attach it, it says I have GAME DVR and GAME BAR set to ON. I will change that. I am running on Windows 11 at the moment so I probably have to turn them off using registry editor or something so it works. Either way, I do not think turning these off will solve my issue. Any help/ideas that may solve my problem will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
