Question / Help Frame dropping on Twitch

I've streamed to Twitch for a while now and haven't had many issues. But for the past few days I've had consistent frame dropping and can't seem to fix it. I've followed the various steps on the pinned thread and haven't been able to find a solution. At this point point I'm just trying to identify the issue so I have a better idea of how I can fix it, if at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
