Question / Help Frame dropping just started.

Just recently, OBS has started to drop frames while streaming on twitch. These dropped frames have caused my streaming to lag and chug very badly giving viewers a bad experience. In hopes of fixing the problem I searched online for proper settings to use. I am completely stumped and need help. I don't know what the problem is and why it has started so suddenly. I will attach a very recent log.

This is an issues somewhere between you, your ISP and twitch ingests.

RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1799 ms to write 144364 bytes (buffer: 0 / 144384), unstable connection?
