Question / Help frame dropped

I lose frames when broadcasting up to 15% in one session. The bitrate is normal, the processor load is normal. but the twitch player shows the missing frames. entered the obs on the main all right. but when I looked at the statistics, because of the delay in rendering, we missed a bunch of frames. please, help. here is the last log file https://obsproject.com/logs/ljKjMoU6VMS72mCq
