What I use while streaming:
OBS studio
Chrome
Elgato Game Capture
You might wanna ask me to change lower setting than I have but I used to not have any problem until lately.
I really don't know why it started happening lately that 60 fps goes to 59.02 fps often.
I googled it and try to do every way I found from reddit and obs forum.
Since I don't play game in that pc, my GPU, CPU is always stable not even go higher than 50%
Anybody know how to fix it?
