Question / Help Frame drop while recording

Hey guys,
I've the problem that the frames drop while I'm recording Minecraft. Yesterday, OBS worked perfectly, but since today, I can't record normally anymore. I had this problem a few weeks ago and someone gave me the advice to activate VSync, which really helped, but now, it doesn't work anymore. Hope you can help me

"frame drops" are purely a streaming problem, however your settings are not actually the recommended ones for recording.

Thanks, I'll try it. And the frame drops that I mentioned are ingame not in OBS...

And I also didn't change the settings and before today, everything worked perfectly... :/
