I have always streamed FINE at my bitrate.
Recently like for 3 days now, I have been experiencing BAD frame drops...and all twitch servers have become jitter/spiky...
I didnt change a thing....and it started happening. Every single twitch server including EU are bad and I drop into the RED wwith my bitrate.
I have tried:
1. Changing servers.
2. lowering bitrate.
3. Called ISP reset router/modem and had them come out and check the line and signal. ALL PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS
4. Switch to direct wire and also by passed the router.
5. Check my upload speeds.
6. toyed with QoS
7. Reinstalled OBS.
8. tested CPU and power issues.
9. I even reinstalled router.
10. uninstalled ethernet driver.
DUAL PC SET UP! MY HARDWEAR is: STREAMING PC: i74790k - gtx 980 - z97 g45 msi board - 16 gb ram.
