I am using a multi-screen set up with OBS. I run my main program through my center monitor that is set at 2560 1440 at 144 hrz. I have my left screen as my OBS set up screen (1920 1080 at 60 hrz) and view the video stream from it. When I am in my game alone the FPS comes in at 144. However, when I start OBS in my left screen the game FPS goes to 60 hrz. I know the issues with multi-screen set ups defaulting to the lowest screen FPS when the GPU is set up for a game view across all 3 screens. Since OBS is not part of the game itself I am confused as to the slowing of the FPS when streaming viewing/playing the game in the main screen only. How is this happening? Thanks for any insight to this question
