Question / Help FPS seems goes down even though nothing is at 100% while streaming

I’ve been getting into streaming lately and was doing it just fine using a Ryzen 1600AG and a rx 580 8 gb. I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 2700x and a rx 5700xt, now when I stream even though no resources hit 100% usage it seems like my FPS is going down and my actual game play seems clunky. Any fix actions for this?

Post a logfile from a live streaming or recording session where the issue occurred, as it requests when you open a new thread in the Support section. There's a pinned topic at the top of the forum with instructions on how to do so.
