I have an i7-6700k, gtx 1060 3gb, 16gb DDR4 RAM, yet I still lag when trying to stream CSGO, or I have to drop the settings so low that it's basically unwatchable, any tips on what settings I could use to make it look decent but not drop me down to 80fps, I get like 300-500 ingame without streaming.

Can you clarify what you mean by lag? Is the game lagging as you play, is the stream falling behind or dropping frames, what do you mean?

FPS lag ingame, Without streaming I get roughly 300-500 fps ingame, but when I stream matches i get 80-150fps ingame, which doesn't seem that low to most people. but that big of an fps drop is very noticeable.

This is the best I can think of, but someone else may be better able to help if your GPU is carrying on fine with both running:

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.

If that doesn't help, the Windows 10 CU added a new Game Mode option which causes issues more often than it helps. It is recommended to disable it when using OBS. See here for how to disable: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-disable-game-mode-windows-10-creators-update

If that doesn't help your problem, please upload the log. Someone much more experienced than me can assist quicker that way.
