Question / Help FPS Problems While Streaming

What part of my computer should I upgrade in order to be able to?

I'd make sure the video card is in pci-e x16 (check using gpu-z)
After that, I'd consider capping the framerates in the games to the refresh rate of your display

I know that it's already on the PCI-E slow because I built it, but how do I cap games? My refresh rate is 1ms and is 60hz

FPS capping of games usually happens in the games' settings.
Which is what you need to do at this point.

Why do I need to cap my game?

because it's taking all your system's resources and leaving none for obs.

That won't solve all your problems, also you're limited to the 3770k as the upper limit of what you can upgrade to on your motherboard, and you will likely REQUIRE a bios update before you install the chip.
