Question / Help FPS problem OBS. Not in game

So for some reason when I try to stream or sitting in preview looking at it with obs my fps on the bottom right corner seems to be jumping around like mad when i select 60 fps it drops down to 52 fps randomly then back up. on 48 fps it jumps around from 25 to 48 and everywhere in between.. Im not sure what is going on?

i'm not dropping frames what i mean is that the actually fps indicator on the bottom right of obs where it shows the fps you select in the options is jumping around like crazy to clerify

it might not matter looking at the vods on twitch it seems like the fps stays stable just weird to see the fps jumping down there
