I haven't used OBS in a few weeks and I have just tried to stream using it, but the stream FPS only stays around 21-25FPS when I hope any game, including CS:GO, Battlegrounds, Rainbow 6 Siege... As soon as the game is closed or minimized I get 60 FPS. I have tried changing every setting I can think of, but I get exactly the same issue.
I never used to have this issue, I would get a solid 60FPS when streaming and recording, and now I don't, even though I hadn't changed any settings. Help?
