FPS limited at 120 in-game

Hi guys, i'm french so i'll try my best to explain my issue.

I just brought a new PC monitor (1080p, 250Hz), i'm playing a lot of Warzone, OBS run always good but since this new monitor, once i start OBS my FPS in-game wont go upper 120.

I wanted to know how i can fix this issue.
