Question / Help Fps lags while streaming League of Legends

Hey i need some help im streaming for quite a long time but i have a problem now. I did a reset on my pc and reinstalled everything new drivers and my favorite game. My Pc is not the best but it was fit enough for League of Legends. When im playing off stream everything is fine and i have no problems at all but when im streaming my fps is dropping from 120 to almost under 60 not the whole time but sometimes. I really dont know what to do anymore.
