Question / Help FPS lag & Stream Quality

Hey!

I have an issue with my OBS. Everytime I stream, I get a small FPS lag. I don't know what's causing it, if it's my PC or just settings. (I'm a noob with computers..)

This only happend with Call of Duty 4 and Battlefield 1. I would assume my PC would manage to handle CoD4 max settings with no FPS encounter while streaming, but maybe not. I'm not sure. However, I do not lag if I don't stream.

CPU: Intel i7 7700k

Motherboard: Maximus IX Formula

Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB 3733 Mhz (OC 4200)

GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080

HDD: Samsung EVO 960 M.2 500GB

When I stream other games, there's no problem at all.

I tried reducing the FPS in OBS to 30, but I still had this small lag

It's also too blurry and filled with pixels, am I doing something wrong? https://www.twitch.tv/videos/140121746

OBS log: https://pastebin.com/rgpD2xAj

Speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/result/6271623920

As I said, am I missing something? Is my internet too slow for high quality? Is my PC not good enough to handle cod4/BF1 on max settings while streaming?

I'm thinking of buying another gtx 1080 in the future, is this needed to handle this?

I want to stream in as high quality as possible.

Could be but it's easier to figure out from OBS Studio logs.

Hey!

Oh my God, thank you so much. I tested it and I'm running BF1 with max settings + stream settings with 6k bitrate and 60 fps and no lag at all. it's so amazing

Once again, thank you for the help!
