I have been plagued with a problem while streaming and I can't seem to fix it. Randomly my game will start to go from 144 fps to 30 and will hover around that. I will get massive input lag and the games become unbearable to play. My CPU won't go over 95% usage and I have everything updated to the current settings. Disabling Game DVR in regedit and in the app fixed nothing. Here are three of my sessions from last night.

None of those logs have any stream/record attempts in them. Please find a log with an actual stream/record attempt so we can see what's actually going on.
 
is multi adapter compatibility disabled in your game capture scene settings?
if is not, disable this options.
