Attached are the log files that pertain to the issue at hand. Sadly, I have none from before the issue arose.
I was running:
Ryzen5 1600
GTX 1070 FE
2x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133 DDR4
ASUS Crosshair Hero 6
OS and OBS on a sata SSD (confirmed no faults)
Clocks are as follows:
Bclk: 105mhz
CPU modifier: 37.75 (Highest stable)
DRAM sitting at as close to 3000 as it gets (can't remember exact number)
DRAM timings: 16 16 16 39 (this is legit the only stable timing for some reason)
Had to recently switch to an EVGA GTX 970 due to the 1070 FE power delivery system shitting itself
Still have the exact same problem.
Current symptoms are that my stream FPS and FPS in OBS will sit pretty at 60 until I open a game, at which point the framerate will drop rather slowly (about 2 - 4 fps per second) until it hits around 15 and then stabilizes at around 32 fps.
I have done the following to try and fix this:
Lower Bitrate down to 2500kbps
Raise Bitrate to 10000kbps
Switch to CPU Encoding AT 3000kbps
Raise it to 6000kbps
Change scaling resolution to 720
Change scaling sample size
Change ingest server (tried 5 different servers)
Changing OBS versions (all from 16.0 to current) (LITERALLY EVERY VERSION)
Changing ingame settings (temporary alleviation no matter the change, Including changing settings to higher values)
^ This one confused me a lot and makes me think that for some reason, OBS is not utilizing the proper amount of GPU Encoder power or CPU core time
I have been doing computer troubleshooting for a local data traffic programming company for about 2 years now and I am completely stumped as to why this is happening. I have ruled out network issues as my connection to my current servers is over 10000kbps in twitchtest.
A solution would be nice, Ideas are welcome, Please keep it positive
