Heya, been using OBS for awhile now and never had any problems with any game before, streaming mosly SC2, WoW, Counter strike ect.

But im having FPS issues while trying to stream Tera online, my fps ingame is pretty steady at 55-60 fps, but on the stream the fps seems locked at 10-15 fps.

Here's the log:

Apparently Tera online is quite hard on your system. You may want to consider either going with a bit of resolution downscaling in OBS or substantially toning down Tera's graphics. Or, preferably... both.

So you volunteer the help this open source project which noone gets payed for and everyone just works in their free time on to make it better?

EDIT: LOL, just saw you even got a response within 10 minutes and you did not post a logfile or link your stream.

It's kind of hard for me to understand where you find the audacity to actually complain in such a fashion, sorry. No one here is getting paid a single dime for offering support to others and yet you have the nerve to complain about not receiving an answer for a couple of hours?

Seriously... patience is a virtue.

Hmm, can't believe i actually missed that, lol.

I'll try to turn the graphics down quite alot and try a resolution down-scale, see how that works out.. i'm guessing the worst part is actually my graphic card? (my ivy bridge is overclocked to 4.5ghz)

Thanks!

Well, you got the same graphics card like I got, and I got the same prob like you so maybe its about the graphics card.
It has kind of little GPU RAM, 948 MB or something.

EDIT: BTW. the problem started after the latest patch for me.

Yes, it's about the GPU in your case.

Yes, it's about the GPU in your case.

I see, i guess that means it's time to start looking for a replacement, thanks!

Were you able to stream Tera previously then, DrydLe?

Not tried to stream Tera at all, I got the problem on almost all of my other games. Even on Minecraft.
+ I'm getting a black screen output if I try to stream Black ops 2 or Minecraft for now. :/

EDIT: The thing is, if I use the built in stream featrue of BO2 I can stream properly but its only in 360p then

I see. Thanks for the help and replies everyone, really appriciate it.

I'm thinking of getting a new video card and i badly need a new power supply to go with it, anyone has any suggestions?
I'm looking at a price range of 200-250eu for the video card, and around 100eu for the power supply.

Thanks a bunch <3
