When recording with Display Capture my FPS are perfectly fine, people have suggested that it's because "Game Capture utilizes more" which although I believe, it doesn't compare to a few months ago were my FPS were fine while using Game Capture, if anyone has any fix for this please let me know since I've been dealing with this issue for a while and even tried to reformat my PC as a last option but I still have the same issue.
